Reservation
All our alpaca walks must be booked in advance. There is no point in coming without a prior reservation. Please use our reservation form below, or if you have any questions, contact us by phone.
If a spot becomes available, for example due to illness of a booked customer, we immediately post this information on our social media.
The list of available dates is always posted at the beginning of the month for the following month. For example, at the beginning of December, we post dates for January. If no available dates are shown for that particular month, it means all slots are already booked. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a reservation due to adverse weather conditions or the health of the alpacas or guides.
Children from the age of 10 can lead an alpaca llama on their own (accompanied by an adult). Younger children can feed, pet, or simply take photos with the llamas. The maximum number of participants for one walk is 4.
Gift voucher holders, your voucher always has a specific validity period. Please keep in mind the date stated on your gift voucher. Rescheduling the trek to another date is only possible in exceptional cases and only after prior agreement with us.
Vouchers that have already expired and are no longer valid—cannot be extended.
Three alpaca llamas—Růženka, Běluška, and Jůlinka—always go on the walk together.

We will be happy to prepare GIFT VOUCHERS tailored to your needs, jhowever, it is necessary to arrange a specific date in advance. If you are interested, please write your requirements in an email (vlnolamy@seznam.cz).
Please include the following in your requirements:
– the specific date you require (this is subject to agreement, whether the date is available for you)
– how long you want the walk to last (1 or 2 hours, or longer)
– how many people will participate
– would you like to include a specific message or wish on the gift voucher?
At your request, we have adjusted the duration of the walks to 1.5 hours.
If you have a preference for a different time, please write it in the "notes" section of the reservation form. We will do our best to accommodate you, or we will contact you by phone to arrange the option that works best for you.
